Will Captivates NCDA Annual Meeting Audience O ne of the most anticipated events hosted by the New Car Dealers Association each year is our Annual Meeting and Luncheon, which took place at the beautiful Lodge at Torrey Pines on Thursday, June 14th. The event honored incoming and outgoing Board Members and welcomed George F. Will, America’s foremost political columnist, as our keynote speaker. After completion of the board formalities, members and guests were treated to a gourmet lunch and the highlight of the day, George Will’s keynote address. The Pulitzer Prize winning columnist shared his incredible insight into the mounting challenges facing our nation, as well as compelling thoughts about potential solutions. Mr. Will’s inside knowledge of and decades of experience within our political system, in addition to his inspiring stories about baseball, kept the audience fully engaged. He delivered powerful and inspiring messages, and his thoughtful consideration of and answers to audience questions were well received. At the conclusion of his presentation, Mr. Will was generous with his time by personally interacting with members and guests.
