20 San Diego Dealer A s part of our ongoing efforts to connect the San Diego new car dealer business community with the legislators who represent us, the New Car Dealers Association Board of Directors welcomed Assemblyman Brian Maienschein to a recent meeting. Assemblyman Maienschein represents the 77th Assembly district, which encompasses an area including Kearny Mesa and Poway.
