Fall 2017 13 I n the previous issue of San Diego Dealer we profiled the long-term success of the NCDA’s California Sales Training Academy, which provides critical knowledge and skills for new salespeople. However, the NCDA’s training programs don’t stop at the entry level, and this year we’ve added a new Internet Sales Training course in cooperation with Kain Automotive. We collaborated with industry expert Jessica Kain to create a curriculum to enhance performance for salespeople, BDC Reps, Internet Sales Managers, Sales Managers & anyone involved in the digital sales process. Her half-day digital success workshop included the tools and resources today’s dealers needs to achieve ultimate digital success, including: a proven process for inbound opportunities & situation processes, engaging communication tactics to increase communication, website analysis and advice, andmore. Feedback from the seminars was outstanding, with 100% of our survey respondents indicating that they would recommend the course to colleagues.
