20 San Diego Dealer Ramona High Students Compete at National Automotive Tech Competition I t is said that competition improves the breed, and participants in the annual National Automotive Tech Competition can attest to that concept. Held each year in conjunction with the New York International Auto Show, the National Automotive Tech Competition draws the brightest minds in automotive tech from high schools all across the country to compete against one another for the coveted title of Best Automotive Technician. As the NATC website explains it, it’s “a test of skill, a measure of knowledge, and a race against the clock-all rolled into one.”
